This British made film is in cinemas now, has anyone seen it? Short summary: a couple go on a camping trip to a lake and get attacked by a group of teenage scumbags. I think the film may be interesting for anyone interested in self defence - not just the physical aspects of SD but also the psychology behind attacks etc. Watching the film it also hits home that an adult male has little chance if attacked by even a small group of teenagers. The actions of the teenagers in the film are extreme but not THAT unrealistic.

In ASBO obsessed England, Hoodies are a far scarier prospect than zombies it seems.

I'd recommend people just go and watch the Dark Knight again.

    Why so serious?

Honestly guys, I don't get it. Batman Begins was a total genius piece for me, the way I always wanted to Batman I loved to appear on the screen.

Dark Knight sucked. Not to the extent of the later neon Batman films but it really lost the point for me. Ledger was awesome, Bale was weak but did the best he could with a poorly written Wayne/Batman and it wasn't really his fault. Dent was a waste of everyones time.

As for the ending, I damn near punched myself in the face!!!

The Dark Knight is as good as it gets. Brought me back to my youth reading the comics so it did.

Dragan the difference between me and you is that I'm not wearing hockey pads.

    Each to their own Dragan.

274,447 votes rated Dark Knight a 9.1 on IMDb, which means your opinion is no less valid, just less correct :)

the other weekend got into a bit of a barny in a bar... 5 - 7 lads getting rowdy, a but younger and a bit smaller than me.. looked them all up and down and thought I could get the better of the situation, they swarmed me, found I couldnt even throw a dig, five minutes later I was standing at the back door with a broken nose... so yea its amazing what a difference numbers can make even if they are young/ small!!
