Just wondering, did any other 2nd year students or above find that they needed to revise first year or previous year stuff during their later years? How often?

I mean theres alot of info in one year, espc. in say science. I find I need to revise my previous year stuff too.

Although not Science, I found that in later years lecturers would refer to the previous years saying "you'd have done this in first/second/third year", and usually skim over it then.
