    Well Guys

Anyone have any luck this weekend?

I was out for about 3.5hrs Friday night and saw nothing? Up at 5 this morning and in position before 6am. Had to wait for the weather to lift for a while. Out and about for about 4 hrs, and yes you guessed saw nothing?

Please tell me somone else got on better than this?

Had similar enough weekend to that, im guessing its deer you are looking for? There seems to be a bit of a drought on stags at the moment, they are out there but dont seem to be moving around much, im thinking its something to do with the full moon, deer shooting always a bit odd round full moons, have been speaking to loads of deer shooters over the weekend and its similar stories everywhere.:(

Still miserable kerryman, very heavy fog most places and scattered showers for the evening, if it clears any bit il head out aswell i think.

I must keep 6.5's comments in mind for the future. See if it bears out over time.

well ive gone out about 4 times so far this year
very first day i took out a new stalker onto a lease and put him infront of 5 stags 4 were still in velvet with the big 8 pointer just out of it.
the next couple of times my hunts were cut short cos of public interference.
went out sunday last and managed to get a nice spiker still in velvet
