A catfight has broken out between saint Bod of O'Driscoll and the wicked Captain Hook, following BOD's Finucane show interview in which he labels Hook a 'sensationalist' who has coached 'at a low standard with no success'.

Hook, never one to take a backwards step, has accused BOD of parroting EOS' opinions of the maligned Hook and effectively being the Bould Eddie's bitch-ho by never going against him.He then goes on to accuse him of being a primadonna who doesn't like it when pundits won't "Kiss his arse"....this one could run and run....

Well if this were based on facts, Brian O'Driscoll would be correct in what he says and George Hook would be speculating.

I'll be ignoring this shash meself. Rarely agree with anything Hook says as he usually contradicts himself shortly afterwards and as far as Brian O'Driscoll goes, only facet of his public persona that concerns any of us is what he does on the field.
Only possible winner is ratings for a radio station.

Why did BOD bother commenting about George Hook.

haha George Hook. Controversial comments like that will get you newspaper columns, don't ya know?

George Hooks opinion means about as much as an under 7s swimming regata medal from 1984.

Anyone else think this was about James Hook when they read the title!?

Sounds like a load of tosh tbh - O'Driscoll should know better than get involved in something distractive like this.

Poor show from BOD, very poor show, he should not involve himself in this sort of crap.

This sort of comment is not what one expects of the Captain of the national side, Kidney definately needs to consider bestowing the honour on someone else after this misjudgement.

Oh no.. Im drifting slightly out of the limelight.. swish up hair and say something controversial on radio.. that'll do it.

Hooky is delighted.. ya can't buy publicity like that. I listened to the interview and he walked himself right into what he said, and had a chance to change the subject too. Bring in O'Connell as captain, he concentrates on rugby.

O'Driscoll can't throw mud about having no success anyway.. I don't see many medals around his neck.

It just shows his lack of focus, something we've seen from him on the pitch since he was made captain. His was always the first head to drop.

We will be victorious... .. You'd swear he was jeeing up the Rock Rock Rock.

Thread locked, this is just going to become a mess with Hook and BO'D bashing.

    Let's stick to rugby kids.
