Making skype calls with iskoot

Hi, i'm trying to make skype calls via iskoot on o2 on a Windows Mobile phone. Can anyone tell me how much it costs to do this. It seems to dial an 076 number. I know three use something like iskoot for skype calls. But iskoot/skype on o2- would it cost a lot?
