wireless broadband and modems...help

    Hi All, need a little help.

    I have a small office set up in the garage. Broadband coming in through the phoneline to a Zyxel BB modem, 3300 series (not wireless). I have a 4 port switch connected to this. I have 2 desktops and a wireless printer connected to this switch.

    I ran a network cable into the house and connected a netopia 2247nwg wireless modem to it.

    I have a laptop, an Acer 7720. It says it has 802.11a/b/g WLAN.

    Shold this set up work or am I way out? I haven't been able to get it working so far. Laptop has 32 bit vista.

    Any help would be appreciated...
