Does anyone know when is the last date to accept your offer, if you were offered a place in the halls?

I looked it up on their website but no luck and I also called them up but they are closed now and they wont be open till Monday but i need to know ASAP.

The first round of offers came out on the 28th Aug and the second round of offers is coming out on the 18th Sep. I thought you need to let them know before they start allocating people in the second round..

If you can accept the offer so late, surely they don't expect you to pay the first rent by September 14th as it says in the letter, do they?
I have accepted the offer already but due to some delays of transfering money between my bank accounts I can't pay by the 14th.

They want it by the 14th. You won't lose your room or anything if you're late though. You've 8 weeks to pay but they can make you pay an administrative charge (€65!) if they don't receive payment by Sunday.
