Triathlons in Europe over the winter

I was thinking of doing a triathlon to keep in practise (and for a short holiday) somewhere warmer than here in Europe over the winter if any exist. Spain or the like, perhaps. Does anyone know if there are any such races? Olympic preferably. Thanks, Conor.
