Youtube, bt throttled?

Anybody notice extreme slowness or youtube on their connection these days? I have a 3mb line and at times a 2 minute youtube video can take about 20 minutes to lead. Where as i can go watch a video from megavideo.com and have it stream in about 10 minutes (20 minute long vid) I know my college is throttling youtube and i…

I know my college is throttling youtube and i was wondering have bt or other suppliers followed suit.

I have same problem with my 2mb business broadband. I think it;s just youtube being ****e.

Happens in work too with a 2mb leased line from eircom.
