Anyone know anyone in this country that does it? Or failing that someone in the UK who is good at it?

    TIA

Is it physically broken or do you need it reprogrammed?

Looking like there are parts gone in it, but I'm waiting on the garage to come back with specifics.

I want to get the name of somewhere good just in case I need to get it repaired (looking likely).

I'd imagine that the price a specialist would charge to repair it, would be close to the price of a replacement from a breakers yard. What type of car is it Jhmeg?

It's an oddball Honda ECU that was only available for less than a year, so getting one in a breaker is not likely. Have a price of 1100 euro for a new one:eek:

Am waiting for the flippin garage to confirm that it is the ECU that's the problem...

JHMEG, what type of ECU is it tho you will need? There is a lad on www.dtdirl.com (jfcole i think his username is) and he sells honda parts cheaper than main dealers etc, plus he might help you track a replacement down.
