I decided to start this thread for all us DJs out there who need gigs covered when we "double up" etc....

I suggest we simply provide details of gigs that need doing & then PM the poster for further details.

I understand that there is a risk of passing on a gig & then the person not showing so no time wasters please.

Let's make some money guys!!

I didn't need any gigs covered this week but decided to get the thread up & running anyway for anyone else out there who did....

I'm fairly new to Boards...What's with people trying to catch you out & what you say all the time?!!!

If you start a thread here with "Let's make some money guys!!", you should really expect people to jump down your throat... Some of us are just in it for the kicks.

Well the people just in it for the kicks can go off & work on a Friday or Saturday for free if they see fit & if not, don't worry about this thread.

Yes, I am new to Boards.

This thread was meant to help people & not start a heated debate over ones love for music. Anyway, that's why I got into music because of my love for it & then I started to get paid for it. Why not make money in doing something you love?!

Alot of mobile jocks out there need gigs & also need to get gigs covered hence the thread.

"Let's make some money guys" has been read into too much. I should have put a smiley face or something after it!!

i would be available for gigs, both i dubli and around the country...personnaly i prefer "indie"...i hate that word....but anyway, i also do chart/cheese/ etc
