A wine licence will cost you €250 per year. New regulations that came in in July mean that you will have to make a court application for a wine off licence(i.e. wine only shop). This will add about €6k in legal costs. A wine on licence (i.e. restaurant or wine bar) does not require a court application. If you want further details let me know more specifics.
