Upgraded CYMA M14

Due to unforeseen continued unemployment im going to have to let my favourit AEG go.

Its a CYMA M-14 with the following upgrades, mods and accessories:
    Element Spring
    Element Hop-Up unit
    Element H-Nub
    Element Bearing Spring guide
    Guarder Clear Silicone bucking
    G&P 10.8v 3300 mAh Battery
Upgraded wiring as far as the gearbox.
Stock modded to accomodate the big battery
    6.04 Tightbore barrel as standard.
Bolt Release Mod, works just like the RS
Converted to semi only, as selector switch failure is the most common fault with these guns, irrespective of maker, its just a poorly designed function.
can be put to semi+auto but with the high volt battery its going to strip either a gear or piston before long, besides its a DMR not BB hose.
    Tokyo Marui Scope Mount Base
    Very solid bipod
    1 Hi-cap mag & 1 broken Hi-cap mag, (modded somewhat to a low cap)

    The cons include:
You need to seperate the stock for the action to charge the battery, its just a matter of puling down on the trigger guard and easing the action out, no big deal.
There is no front sling swivel, havnt a clue where it went.
I removed the fuse to accomodate the battery, not required as it shoots semi only but will throw it in with the gun along with all the factory parts that came out of it, the hopup unit is actually surprisingly good.
The scope in the pics is not included as its off one of my RS rifles.

This is the best, most realistic AEG i have owned, from its weight(the battery really balances the gun) to the dummy bolt mechanism and sheer realism of the gun, i really dont want to sell her but have to.

Over all ive only put about 200 bb's through it since i got it as it spent most of the last 6 months in various stages of disassembly on my work bench as i didnt have the money to buy all the upgrades in one go.

im looking for about €250, inc delivery open to serious offers

If you decide to sell with scope I will offer 160 (As realistic as I can get :().

sorry lad E200 is the lowest i can go, the cheapest thing that went into it was the guarder bucking which are E15 from eirsoft.ie
to be honest with you wont find a gun like it for the price, that gun will out shoot a TM or Classic Army any day of the week.

that scope alone cost well over E200 so ill be keeping that for a real gun.

Frank, Just one other thing, This is the Wood Cyma M14 ? i.e. wood stock etc?
Sorry should have asked earlier, I'm only interested in wood/metal rifles e.g. Kar98 etc.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 947 ✭✭✭Frank the Manc

no shes not wood, i wouldnt have been able to get the battery in if it had been, but you would be hard set to tell the difference from 2 feet away.
to be honest with you the wood they use in airsoft guns isnt anyway hard wearing at all, it is about a step up from balsa wood, they mark and dent extremely easily, a nightmare if youre wanting to skirmish one.

everything else is metal bar the handguard, but this is how stong that bit is:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NM8ad4x-3Fo

that was the video that sold me on the gun.

if youre not interested thats fine, i know where youre comming from with the want for full metal and wood, id be the same myself.

OK, I'll leave it, so. Was for my rifle collection (non-skirmish). Looking at the photo again, I should have copped it. Best of luck with the sale anyway. E.

    ah yeah not a bother.

if you do end up gettin one, get the CYMA if at all possible, you wont beat it for out of the box value.
