Where to get cable & binding posts

    I'm just about ready to set about hiding some speaker cable before putting on the new skirting in the sitting room.

    I want to wire the room for 5.1 and, as I don't intend to live in the house forever, but will be upgrading my system to a decent amp and speakers in the new year I want to put in at least 79 strand cable.

    I'm also looking at making up some speaker plates by mounting binding posts onto blank socket covers (thinking architrave size for front & rear with a double for behind the equipment).

    My question is can anyone recommend a decently priced supplier for this stuff?
