I don't even know what they are - some kind of snack food?

They get absolutely terrible reviews. Rolling resistance is through the roof and they feel dead as well.

    Cheers Tunney,

There seems to be a real love 'em or loathe' em attitude towards them. I was just curious having never ridden on tubs and heard all the usual holy grail of rides stories. It seemed to be the least painful way to try them out without getting a new wheelset, then again Campy are now doing a two way fit option.

Cant control the tinkering around urge, Goddamm it !!!!!
