    Hey,

I'm moving away shortly and I just want to know what I need to do to make websites think I'm in Ireland....I'm pretty sure you have to change your ip address is it? Just want to watch the soccer matches while I'm away.

Where do you get an IP address...and will one last you for good or does it change from day to day?

There is a number of "proxy" applications and net services out there that can to that job for you.
Try looking up proxy services in a search engine. With a bit of luck, you will find one that will suit your needs.

IP addresses are assigned to you by the ISP you logon with. One feasible way of achieving your goal would be to set your home pc up as a proxy and connect through that, or via desktop terminal type applications.
