Registration problems?

    Anyone else (undergrads) getting an ERROR OCCURED page coming up when you try and register online?? =/

    don't tell us (can't imagine what you hoped to achieve here to be honest...), tell registry! e-mail them, preferably with a screenshot, at onlinereg@dcu.ie

    Once the problem is sorted, they'll e-mail you back, no stress, no fuss, no checking the system over and over to see if it's fixed and no calling in trying to get through when the phones are ringing off the hook...

    yeah, earlier i had problems enrolling for classes and just now i got the same type of error message trying to log back in to give it another go.

    It was working earlier cause I got up to the credit card stage and realised my mam wasn't in the house so therefore had no credit card! now I have it and it's not workin :(

    I only asked did anyone else get the same message so i wasn't in the same boat....not complaining about why it was coming up...



    and to everyone else, glad to see im not alone and that the problem isn't only at my end...glad we have till friday to register, ill try again in the morning smile.gif

    I mailed the reg yesterday got the mail back and they said it was down yesterday.
    Tried again today, its down still.

    mine worked but now i cant get into my portal page or my email i got into my email 1ce

    Ciara did you change your password that one time you accessed your portal page? Because it took me many failed password attempts to realise that if you change the password to your portal page, it doesn't automatically do the same for your email. Your email password stays the same.

    No i never was able to acess my portal page only my e-mail once :(
