I'm not sure. The whole thing about reselling IDF kit is that it's government property.

This however was probably bought from a private retailer (e.g. Silverman's) - which in turn makes it private property to do with as he pleases.

That said, I'd rather buy it new for that price

Selling DF kit is illegal but this is not official kit, it's from a private manufacturer. Make me an offer if you think it's too dear

It cost more than that then there are extra pouches and a marconi radio pouch as well.

No, their not illegal, only the actual BDU is ristricted.,
you can buy that same vest from protac anyway.,

Yeah, thats where it's from - Protac. It's less than a year old and is in perfect nick so I'd be looking for closer to the asking price. Can you go any higher?
