    Learning Visual Basic 2008
    Any one recommend a good book on Visual Basic 2008 for one who has previous but rusty programming experience.

    I actually found some of the tutorials (either through the help or on the microsoft website) quite helpful for getting back up to speed.

    Have a look at the MSDN Ramp Up series. They are geared at different aspects, so if you are coming from a programming background there should be one there to suit you..

    www.apress.com, specificly Pro VB2008 and the 3.5 framework. Very well written.
