A quick question for the experts here.

Is it possible to manually tune the frequency of the dedicated Sky News Weather feed that you get when you press the red button on a Sky receiver.

I would like to add the Sky News Weather feed to a standard receiver.

Can it be done, it would be handy sooner than waiting for the end of the hour..

You can get the BBC news/weather on 11954H 27500 FEC 2/3(it's a matrix of 6 screens on the teletext service, not to be confused with the red button service which carries the sports and music usually).

You just select the appropriate audio stream to hear the one you want. Works for me on a Manhattan Plaza receiver.

I've never managed to find the full SKY news red button service.
