I had the weekend off so went down to Mondello Park to shoot some of the drifting lark with a friend, had a couple of hi-vis bibs with us so signed the media list and off we went. I was a bit of fun to shoot something different but after my friend chased up some magazine contacts they didnt seem to have a budget to pay photographers (something to note for the future) anyways heres a few shots from the day, as ever C&C welcome.. :)

    Great shots.

My favourite one is the 2nd shot. I love how your panning worked out.
Is that how you got it or is it a photoshopped effect.

I can never manage to get it as good as that!

I don't know....find them pretty ugly myself......fake hair and harsh looking faces!!

Nothing wrong from the neck down though....:p

I agree, they have harsh faces, I prefer the clean natural next door neighbour look myself/

#2 and #4 are my favs but #1 and #5 are excellent too.

Thanks for the comments, its my job so I kinda expect a lot from myself even when shooting new subjects. The panning is all in camera and you will get better with practice, I had a chat with the girls after taking pictures and they were grand, just doing a job too.

Nice shots Keith. I must try and get up to Mondello to shoot a racing/drifting session.

Great shots, really like the second, nicely panned & the motion in the wheels is great.
