    ive just turned 17 and decided to get my first tattoo but ive a few questions first,

    im only 17 will i need parental consent?

    ehh.. i wanted a small shamrock on my ass:o, will they do this?

    ill be getting the bus into town, where would be the closest?

    how mutch would it cost roughly?

    No reputable shop will do a tattoo on a minor with or without parental consent.
    Wait until you are 18.
