I would recommend you read both reviews on HDTVTest to make an informed decision; they are both very close in terms of capabilities. I would also recommend having a look at the Sony KDL-40W4000.

I have seen Sony W4000 but it disadvantage because it hasn't the 100 Hz feature!!

Do you watch a lot of football or sports? I only ask as if you don't then you won't miss the feature. I thought the same thing but every implementation of 100Hz has its disadvantages such as halos, ringing, and other such picture abnormalities.

I have the Sony KDL-32W4000 and I can honestly say I haven't noticed the absence of 100Hz as there is no smearing or blurriness when viewing fast motion content. In saying that, I haven't seen a TV that actually has the feature so I'd recommend reading a few reviews of TVs that have the feature to get a more rounded understanding and also go into your local TV store to see for yourself.

Theres a new sony just released, called the W4500.Its basically a W4000 with 100hz and contrast up to a staggering 50000:1 from 33000:1.I, personally wouldnt bother.i would get the samsung, definitely.
