Desktop Publishing Book

I am teaching a new PLC module this year called Desktop Publishing and i am just wondering if anyone could help me with locating a course book for it? I know there used to be a book called "Desktop Publishing made easy" written by James A. Kennedy but it seems to be out of print and i cannot seem to locate it anywhere. Anyone that could give any help with this would be very mch appreciated.
