C# and or Java refreshers

    Been a while since I programmed in either of these languages. Can anyone suggest any decent online refresher courses to get me back up to scratch. They might have examples to work on etc?

    What are you trying to get out of it (Refresher on whats in the API, Syntax?)

    I've been playing with Java puzzles to get my mind thinking again.

    API + just some small programming tasks that can be done say in one evening

    Perhaps find some technical interview quesitons on the net. They usually cover the important things :)
