Any suggestions for TV Show of the Week this week?

We've done Life on Mars, Prison Break, The Office (USA), Only Fools and Horses, The Apprentice, Lost, Quantum Leap, 80s American Soaps, The A Team, Heroes, and Freaks and Geeks.

I want to put up one that people will actually discuss. :)

    The Thick of It?

    ...or just Firefly?

    Wonder Years?

Any of Whedon's stuff - especially Firefly but Buffy or Angel either.

Also think The West Wing would be a good one, but haven't finished it yet! :(

Or Arrested Development, House MD, The Wire, The X Files, Seinfeld...

.. now I'm just listing my DVD collection! :D

The Shield. Final season. Best bit of tv since the writers strike in U.S.

It's not in the list, but I seem to remember discussing Six Feet Under on boards...

A few ones that seem good in a nostalgic sort of way: Saved by the Bell, TMNT (original version), Glenroe :pac:

Some that have been syndicated non-stop and might have a love/hate thing because of it: Father Ted, Fraiser, Cheers, King of Queens, Friends etc.

    Some great suggestions folks, thanks.

Lets do the West Wing, Ross Kemp and 6 Feet Under over the next 3 weeks.
I don't know much about these shows, so does anyone want to write an intro to one of the shows here?
I'll split it out into a new topic and you'll be famous*

    * For 5 minutes at least.... :)

A good plan especially with the plot going crazy at the end of every episode.

    +1 for House too.

    One word... Seinfeld!

Any best of television show that doesn't have Seinfeld is about as credible as a worst of tv list that doesn't have the roaring twenties!

Seriously this cannot be taken seriously until Seinfeld has been added to the list.

I can try Ross Kemp On Gangs if you like, might be abit busy next week, but I can fit this in, I also have his book with the same title so it would be an advantage.

currently rewatching My So Called Life for the first time since '94 and it has stood the test of time really well. One season lasted 18/19 eps and starred Claire Danes and JAred Leto. A lot of people might not know it but it's fantastic.
