    Cool... Undecided which game to get yet so the demo's will decide alot.

    Yea defo.. I listen to the winning elleven blog's podcast a fair bit and they have played a build from the new PES. They say that the build that they have played is very good. They also played the build from liepzig and they say that its not as good as the build that they were given. They are afraid that that Konami will release the liepzig build on the PSN and not the later build that they played.

    So fingers crossed that it is the later build and not the earlier build that is released as a demo.

    well PES has alot of making up to do after its dismal game last year and fifa has come on leaps and bounds so they may rest on their laurels! it'll be interesting to say the least!

    I have said it before but if they fix the online mode, fix the edit mode and get a better framerate/better graphics from the system, then I'm buying PES 09.

    Roumer has it that they pulled the demo from the PSN..
    Can someone keep a tab on the psn and inform us if it appears.

    Spot on. Konami should be ashamed charging people for that mess. Whatever you say about FIFA it looks great and plays well. Both have their strong and weak points in gameplay, but FIFA was a much more polished end product. I'd think very hard before buying PES again.

    While FIFA08 did improve, and PES08 was a disappointment, i still prefer PES08. I won both - buying FIFA08 after being so disappointed with PES, but i honestly still think PES08 is the more enjoyable game. It certainly has its faults, but for me it is still better than fifa. I have heard Euro08 is better than FIFA08, but i have not played it yet.

    Hopefully PES09 is an improvement on PES08, at least slower gameplay.

    I think the opposite. FIFA 08 was terrible in comparison to Euro 2008.

    EURO2008 was a little rough round the edges but the core gameplay was better than FIFA08. More responsive, better animations.

    I've a good feeling about FIFA09.
