I bought a Sony KDL-32W4000 from Pixmania the other week with no problems whatsoever.

Just note that their stock is European based so the plugs that come with their products come with 2 prong => 3 prong adaptors. This may or may not cause an issue as the adaptor I received was rubbish and didn't hold the 2 prong connector securely.

I got 4 items from them and found them great. Then last Christmas I ordered a Sat Nav from them at end of Nov as Christmas present for the folks. I didn't notice until they unwrapped it on Christmas day that I'd actually been sent a Universal Remote Control (kind of looks like a Sat Nav, honest!). When I first contacted pixmania, I was told it was too late to return it. They eventually saw sense when I explained that they had sent me 270 euro worth of entirely the wrong thing. I then had to pay to have it returned to them. I was expecting them to then deliver the correct item, but they instead gave me a refund - minus the delivery cost. So basically I paid for them to send me a Universal Remote Control and to return it to them, and ended up with absolutely nothing to show for it. With a huge struggle (involving me having to post/fax postage receipts) they refunded the postage cost, but I eventually gave up on getting the original delivery charge refunded.
Their customer service section on the website is very frustrating, and it's almost impossible to get a number to ring them on.
    Haven't used them since.
