    Hi guys,
I came home from work today and turned on my tv and chorus box to be greeted with the message there is a problem with the decoder connection.so i checked all my connections and all was fine so i plugged it out for 2-3 mins and powered it back up and still no joy and if anything i think it made it worse as now i cant exit the main menu.
I've tried calling chorus/upc on three seperate numbers 1908 etc and it rings out and hangs up.on one occasion it didnt but it put me on hold and after 17 mins 26 seconds i gave up and hung up.
any of you guys know how i can fix this problem or any alternative numbers apart from the no's listed on the website i can contact?
I was gonna reset the box but i says dont unless instructed by chorus.
please guys can you help me?

Call / mail them and insist they do. I have been compensated for outages in the past.
