    Hi,

I've about £1000 to spend (will spend another 400ish on a monitor) and i'm wondering if you have any tips on the best prebuilt pc site?

    I've heard alienware is overpriced.
    Overclockers.co.uk looks ok.
Meshcomputers seems a bit pricey too
    I don't really want dell!

Looking to get a new beast for some upcoming games, particularly Fallout3. My current pc struggles to get the higher settings in HL2!

    Cheers
    Will

Highly recommend this crowd, great value cos of the low Vat rate in Germany. Only draw back is that they don't take credit cards, bank transfer only. Have dealt with them a few times. They'll assemble it for you for €20 but don't get the operating system off them as it'll be in German

They sell English versions too. The only thing that was in German for me was the keyboard, but I touch type anyway so didn't care. Other than that I'd join in in recommending them too.

    Cheers, i'll take a look.

Can you recommend any UK sites?

My euros would go a long way with the current exchange rate!
