I've got no channels and the date on my box says Jan 1st. If I try and ring tech support it says 'We regret to inform you all our lines are busy' then cuts me off. Anyone else got problems or is it just me?

NTL are working on a system of stopping illeagal chipped cards from receiving the movie & sports channels, as a result some legal customers are losing some of thieir channels. They said they hoped to have it resolved by end of week. (but not which week)

So far postal areas 12 & 8 are effected.
