First Year

Now I'm sure it's different for all coarses but could anyone tell me what kind of hours do you generally do in first year?

anxious to know because I've been told 9-5 and also 9-3.30.

Id rather the later:D

I'm heading into fourth year marketing, and from my memory, though things may be different now, I had 18 hours of classes a week in first year, with my earliest class starting at nine and my latest class finishing at 5. However, I had days where I had only two classes, from 9 till 11 and days where I had three classes the first starting at 10am and the last finishing at 5. It really depends on what lecturers you have and what other classes they are lecturing this year. But goodluck. Oh and it is also possible to have a class from 5 till 6!

I am also heading into first year, and from what I hear it is about 20 hours of classes but then you are expected to study at least the same amount of time. So it's 40 hours of college work per week, or there abouts, suppose it depends on the course and own knoledge

i think in general the hours are 9 to 6 but doesnt mean you are in for all of them of course unless you are doing engineering. but even then not every day is like that just the majority of them!
