Waterford were not bad Kilkenny were just awesome, never let Waterford settle.
    Nice pics.

Nice pics. Is #2 just beofre the 3rd goal? I like #1 best.

Kilkenny were unreal today. They had so much space and just didn't let the Waterford lads breath.

Waterford was absolutely shocking, whilst Kilkenny were incredible. Waterford just rolled over to get their tummy tickled at the first sign of a challenge..
To see a scoreline like that in an All Ireland final is disappointing.. A complete mismatch.

That just about covers it. Hard to believe that it was this Waterford team that beat the same team in the League Final 18 months ago.:(

You did really well, considering your position.
The second shot clearly shows that some Waterford players went missing during the game. :D

I almost pictured you with a white hood over your face, carying a burning cross.
    Then I realised that you're a cat! :D

I'm still struggling to come to terms with the fact that the All Ireland Hurling final has been played & the summer is over, before it ever really began. :(

Ididnt think it was a bad game it was just an exhibition of total commitment, intensity and skill from the cats. They are magnificent.:) Great sportsmen. Great to see James McGarry getting on the pitch. This alone says so much aout Kilkenny and Brian Cody. What odds on 5 in a row? All the other counties are rebuilding so who will stop them? Tipp will push them but but but!! If Conal Keany, Shane Ryan and David Henry went and played hurling the Dubs would give them as good a match as anyone else:)
What good did player power do Waterford yesterday:p:o:mad:. However they are not that bad but could be the end of the road for a few of them. Felt sorry for Tony Browne. Nice fella and great hurler.
BTW, I really like #2 says it all

In fairness had a great position on the terrace right at the front and slighty raised, only about 10 yards from the pros!

we didn't really get a summer. I started feeling bereft about that when I realised it was practically dark by 9pm. It seems like it rained every single long evening.

@OP I love one and two, especially the lines of the hurleys in 2. Great stuff.

Was in the Davin Stand behind the 'bloody' big net but managed some of these.
Pity about the Waterford display - they just seemed to freeze and the occasion got to them. Brilliant athmosphere outside and for the first 10-15 minutes inside but then.........

Wonder what these guys are discussing?

Barry Kelly (ref) and his officials during the minor game
