Definitely like it too. Though demo a little easy once you get the hang of it. Will pick it up for definite though as it's lots of fun.

THE Online side of things though could make it a great game...

I find it really, really good. It reminds me of Motocross Madness on PC from ages ago, used to play it like mad.

Got it for PC... even though the graphics are superior on the PC I think I'm probably going to get the PS3 version, it just looks more... vibrant.

The PC version is trying to be "too" realistic. I liked the vivid colors and the bright sunlight of the PS3 version better. Plus the load times on the PC are god awful, I mean really bad, like you could be waiting 3 minutes just for the menu to load

Didn't know it was out on PC. Is it a port to the PC (usually means higher res graphics but everything else sux).

Am going to get it today for the PS3 based on how much I enjoyed the demo. Problem is I have Wipeout HD to play too. I also have to finish Ratchet and Clank Quest for Booty and Force Unleashed, not to mention games I left halfway through like MGS4, GTA IV, and some I have barely started like Grid and Uncharted. Then to top it all off next month Saints Row 2, Golden Axe Beast Rider, Little Big Planet, Far Cry 2, Dead Space, Fallout 3, C&C Red Alert 3, and World in Conflict Soviet Assault are out, most of which I will probably buy. It's not fair My own fault for spending all my time upgrading the PC.

Its a pretty good port. Its not the PS3 version though, its the 360 version. It has native support for 360 controllers so the control is fine.

I think to make up for the lower resolution in the PS3 version they've made everything brighter and more blurred. Personally I think this works well in this game, much like the surreal colours you see in Mirrors Edge trailers or Outrun 2006. The PC version has gone for realism in textures, shading and lighting which I think ruins it. It looks like your average ATV racer.

EDIT: Also, the load times really are horrendous... I can't even describe how long they are. Supposedly there will be a patch for it at some stage though. Running the game in XP compatibility mode fixes the load times a bit.

Tried it on PC and noticed load times sucked too. Back to PS3 version. Really enjoying this (and wipeout HD).
