    Hi,

I'm moving out of my apartment and gave the landlord the required 4 weeks notice. In terms of having the property available for viewings, what responsibilities do I have? Can the landlord show the flat before I move out?

contract says that if i stay after the 1-year term of the contract (which is the case), then i must give 4 weeks notice. It doesn't provide any info regarding crossover period, when place is being viewed for new tenants

Then you don't have to provide access to let people look around your house.
