I recall someone telling me, could have been my mom, that someone's son was working in Lidl and started off at circa €11(he was stacking shelves, tills etc) , is this true? anyone know what the exact hourly rate is ?

yeah man its true haha...i worked in a hydraulics factory and most of us were let go(60 out of 100 approx), a few of us heard that lidl pays 10.50-11 per hour for stacking shelves, 8 of us went and none of us even got an interview because you need a leaving cert...i was heart broken
