    Coming down after a serious lash of litres of vodka, drinking lots of water, trying to eat, but stuck to the bed with the sweats, any tips ? I know from past experiance its gonna take maybe 3 days, I have no librium or sleepers, very cold turkey goin down here, Please help

    Rough, the only thing I can say is that you really should get a benzo like valium or something, but easier said than done I know. How hard is your habit? I mean are you likely to suffer very seriously with a seizure risk and the lot? If that's the case I dunno but maybe you'd be better off having a drink if you can get some until you can get something to detox properly with. Hang in there anyway mate.
