My mum has slight tinatus which is aggravated by holding a phone to her ear, so I'm looking for a cordless house phone that has a speaker phone function.

Anybody any ideas ? Would be much appreciated.

As a general rule, I'd personally recommend Siemens handsets as being reliable. Not all models would have the speakerphone option though.

yeah i'd stick with a brand alright, lots of cheapo units out there IMO with poor quality speakers. Panasonic units are good too.

Indeed, Panasonic handsets seem pretty reliable also.
