    Hello ,got a game last week (Drakes Platinuim)that had an advertisement for insurance for the ps3.
    Has anyone taken up a policy on the ps3 ?

    i remember seein it in some game but i think its only for the uk, is there a website it gives

    i think home insurance would cover it anyway

    Standard household insurance definitely won't cover failure of goods. Perhaps some insurers might cover it under an accidental damage extension.

    ur contents insurance covers it if ya have accidental damage cover

    The PS3 might need to be dropped if it fails under ordinary circumstances if you were outside warranty period.

    Jesus, is that true? Will you not pay for it in the long term with an increased Premium?

    Surely standard home insurance doesn't cover the likes of that (accidental damage).
