Canon 400D price...

    Hi
    Im selling my 400D to my brother, I got it in August nought 7, and will sell him the body, the kit lens (18-55 f3.5/5.6) 2GB card

    Since the 50D has different batteries and remote control shutter control ..

    im including an extra battery and remote control shutter release..

    I was thinking around €350 .. I want to give him a good deal ..

    Conns offered me something ridicolous like €200 or so ..

    Charge him €400 :pac:
    Will go towards a baterry grip and new lens for the 50D :D

    you could wait... for 5D replacement or... even 5D which is a bit aged but brilliant... or 40D as they may fall in price... they are bigger horses than 400D.. :p

    I see on canon.ie it has the 50D as an RRP of €1,199 ...

    has to be a mistake , since the 40D is at €1,180 ...

    Edit -- yeah just checked canon uk and the RRP for the 50D is 1,199 STG .. so must be a mistake ...

    thats a bit much .. even uncle Albert won't have a good price for it ..
