Is this something I could FOI or would it be considered personal information?

Can you use FOI to get info on other people?

Like, presumably I couldn't get your tax info from the government?

    I'm no lawyer though.

I would hope people can't find out until a decision has been made, as the one or 2 complaints I've had against me were total crackpot stuff.

    I wouldn't bother tbh.
If any complaints were made against a doctor that would imply an inability to do their job, the complaints would be seriously investigated.
On that note, if a doctor has had a serious complaint made against and they're not fit to practice, they won't be practicing.
The medical council exists for a reason you know.

Ask the Medical Council, they're the crowd who deal with complaints against doctors. You could also check court records, you may be able to do a search through the courts website, the crew in the Legal Discussion forum may know more about that though.
