laptop direct

    I ordered a laptop to laptopdirect,ie on 31st of August 08. I got an e-mail next day that my order is dispatched in full and the consignment can be tracked through internet. The laptop is not delivered yet and there is no response to the e messages I sent to them today morning. Anybody has idea how long it takes to get the delivery from UK to an Irish address.

    Depends on the postal carrier. What does the tracking info say? I think that Laptops direct use GLS for delivery, so it's very likely that they've lost it, and that they won't give a fook.

    Laptop Directs are another company to be avoided at all costs, and if you continue to get no reply from them then contact your bank about a credit card charge back.
