Is this a good value all-in-one system?

A friend is looking for a surround sound system but wouldn't be a high definition home entertainment fanboy by any means. Definitely doesn't want a high-end system. Though I might recommend this, for the money.

    Onkyo HT-S5105 5.1 from IBOOD

I know it doesn't do HD. DTS on my Onkyo 805 sounds great. Onkyo have an accompanying upscaling DVD player for £50.

IBOOD did this set before. Anyone have one, or comment on the specs/price? Maybe there's better out there?

Its back again, just wondering does anyone have it or know if it's worth the €299?

    Thanks

    Very tempted by this.

    Any thoughts from users?

I got the non-HDMI version (incl. dvd player) from Ibood for 400 about 6 months ago - I'd prefer this version, so imho it's a good deal.
