    No it only takes three years apparently and you can do it at home yourself.
    Which is handy, cos hard training would be an awful inconvenience.

    Make sure they send you a turtle shell and not a tortoise shell when you've finished the course.

    Only 3 years to become a ninja master? How about if I really concentrate, by laying on CMs pictured couch, propped up with all those pillows, drink cool ones, and watch Azumi vids 24/7? Perhaps I could become a master in 3 days?

    As this is official training, do they feel it devalues, or enhances Ninjutsu....

    Waters down , or broadens their training base ....

    Training as in the way its advertised there is so far removed from what I've experienced training with master teachers in Ireland, England, Australia and Japan for 20 years AND is such an anomaly compared to how the skills in the Bujinkan are generally thought , that I'm in no way at all bothered by it. For the record I've never trained or met with that teacher and so cannot personally comment on him.... and wouldn't if I did. I've also never met any of the folks who train with him in person or by mail so the same goes there.

    This is the only currency worth training in the martial arts: Find a teacher you aspire to, attend regular classes, follow their instructions. It couldn't be easier. 1 out of 2000 Bujinakan teachers chooses to do it some other way?.... forgive me if I couldn't care less. :rolleyes:

    pearsquasher - just a note - I posted that cos I thought it was funny/pathetic/worth taking the p*** out of.. It wasn't a dig at ninjutsu in particular (I can see on development of this thread how that may have seemed) - it could have been any martial art/self defence system. Anyway - just thought I'd point that out in case anyone thought I was singling Ninjutsu out for derision.
