perhaps this is a little off thread, but my dad has an old Northumbria Barbour jacket and its a bit tatty. They are fairly dear now - €329, but it could be repaired.

Does anybody know anybody that can repair Barbour jackets without sending them to the UK back to the factory?

    Thanks all!!

Pretty much your best option TBH,sending it back to the UK.At least you can be sure it will be done properly and you have a comeback.I have two Gamefair models one is now 30 years old and after bein repaired once by Barbour is in better condition than the more recent one which is ten years old.Moral the older models are seemingly better quality and last longer,so it is worthwhile the time and expense getting them back to the UK for an overhaul.

Last I hear Barbour were not doing any more repairs. I'll look into this as I am a Barbour stockist.
