UPC Broadband in D20 ? Possible ?

    Hi,

    I live in an apartment complex in D20 - but we are unable to get broadband from UPC apparently. Is this a D20 issue, or just my apartment complex ? We have UPC/NTL digital television currently and the house across the road from the complex has UPC Broadband.

    I've rang UPC a few times, and they've promised to ring me back (which they never do). Bascially what do I need to do to get it ? is there something in particular that needs to be installed in the apartment complex ?

    Any advice appreciated !
