Can anybody help me with regard to getting subbing experience? When is the best time to approach a principal and should I phone schools beforehand to arrange a time or what. I am looking at doing the grad dip in primary teaching but getting the subbing experience seems to be difficult anyone have any advice?

Send your CV in to schools in your area mentioning that you're interested in subbing. Our school has received 4 or 5 of them onve the last month.
