    Eircom have a dl limit but never enforce it, on the other hand BT advertise as being "unlimited" but throttle those who dl too much, some as low as 85GB in the month, others when they go over 100GB. I'm usually twice my Eircom dl limit (132GB last month, 110GB in july) without even an email from them.
