Laptop to HDTV via VGA - sound?

I have connected my laptop to my HDTV using a VGA cable. My laptop is a bit old so no HDMI output. How might I get sound from my actual TV and not the laptop? Thanks.

Your HDTV should have an audio input corresponding with that vga input.It will either be a single 3.5mm headphone jack input or the 2 red and white inputs.

You will need one of these
