Private Practice on Rte2 gone?

I tuned in after a few weeks away and the show was replaced by Prison Break...wtf?!? I don't watch much tv but I really enjoyed my Tuesday eve fix of PP and Greys. Any idea why they replaced it and if it's on any other channel?

I'd be fairly sure that the first series is just over. It was cut short because of the Writers Strike so there wouldnt be that many episodes.
